For ski passes purchased through:
- an accommodation provider,
- a Tour Operator,

compensation requests must be made directly with the relevant professional.
Compensation Offer – Week of February 15–20, 2026

Due to the exceptional weather conditions that affected the opening of the ski area between February 15 and 20, 2026, we are implementing an exceptional compensation offer.
3 Vallées Ski Passes
You will receive a refund for the difference between:
- the price of your 3 Vallées ski pass,
- and the price of an equivalent Val Thorens ski pass.
➡️ A simple and direct way to compensate for the reduced access to the full ski area.
Val Thorens Ski Passes
1/ Passes of less than 6 days Your refund will be recalculated based on a daily rate, with an exceptional 30% discount applied to the following days:
- February 16, 2026
- February 17, 2026
- February 19, 2026
2/ Passes of 6 days or more Your pass already includes 1 free day in its price. Additionally, we are offering you extra compensation equivalent to 1 Val Thorens day, based on your category (Adult/Junior/Family Flex/Veteran).
Combining Benefits for 3 Vallées Passes
If you have a 3 Vallées pass, you can combine:
- the refund for the price difference (3 Vallées → Val Thorens),
- plus the equivalent of an additional free day.
Example
For a 6-day 3 Vallées pass – Adult:
- Price difference: €54
- Additional free day: €71
- 👉 Total compensation: €125
