  • at the resort ticket offices,
  • on our online sales website.

For ski passes purchased through:

  • an accommodation provider,
  • a Tour Operator,
  • or a Ski School,

compensation requests must be made directly with the relevant professional.


Compensation Offer – Week of February 15–20, 2026

Because your satisfaction is our priority

Due to the exceptional weather conditions that affected the opening of the ski area between February 15 and 20, 2026, we are implementing an exceptional compensation offer.

3 Vallées Ski Passes

You will receive a refund for the difference between:

  • the price of your 3 Vallées ski pass,
  • and the price of an equivalent Val Thorens ski pass.

➡️ A simple and direct way to compensate for the reduced access to the full ski area.

Val Thorens Ski Passes

1/ Passes of less than 6 days Your refund will be recalculated based on a daily rate, with an exceptional 30% discount applied to the following days:

  • February 16, 2026
  • February 17, 2026
  • February 19, 2026

2/ Passes of 6 days or more Your pass already includes 1 free day in its price. Additionally, we are offering you extra compensation equivalent to 1 Val Thorens day, based on your category (Adult/Junior/Family Flex/Veteran).

Combining Benefits for 3 Vallées Passes

If you have a 3 Vallées pass, you can combine:

  • the refund for the price difference (3 Vallées → Val Thorens),
  • plus the equivalent of an additional free day.

Example

For a 6-day 3 Vallées pass – Adult:

  • Price difference: €54
  • Additional free day: €71
  • 👉 Total compensation: €125

Did you purchase your pass(es) at the SETAM ticket offices or through our online sales service?

For passes purchased through an accommodation provider, a tour operator, or a ski school, the request must be made directly to that professional.

Complaint

Type of compensation requested
Compensation will be paid no later than three (3) months following receipt of all supporting documents. Only tickets purchased and paid for directly by customers from the operator SETAM are eligible for compensation. With regard to round-trip tickets, non-ski activities, and season or annual passes, no compensation may be granted in the event of a service interruption or early closure of the ski area. The compensations provided for herein shall fully discharge SETAM from any further liability.
 

The credit will be sent to your postal address. Please check that the information entered at the top of the form is correct.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the personal data concerning you are subject to computer processing for the purpose of handling your request. Unless you object, they may also be used to send you information and commercial offers. These data are reserved for the exclusive use of the Val Thorens ski area. This information is processed by the ski area’s communications department as well as by its authorized service providers. It is retained for a period of three years from the end of your commercial relationship with the ski area or from your last contact with it. You may access your data at any time or request their deletion. You also have the right to object, the right to rectification, the right to restrict the processing of your data, and the right to data portability.
